The Take Profit order serves to close your trade once it reaches a certain level of profit. This order can be enabled only with an open position or a pending order.

You may later on receive the following update:

Pending Order
Pending Order is an instruction to open a position when the current price reaches the order level. Once the signal limit has been activated, Stop Loss and Take Profit rates are to be determined.
Timing
FX signals are generally sent shortly after 9:00 a.m. (GMT). Most signals are sent upon trade opening in the U.S. Trading signals are not usually sent after 9:00 p.m. (GMT).
Margin of Safety
We take into account acceptable buy-and-sell rate margins. As a safety margin, we suggest adding 5 pips, considering the differences from one broker to the next.
